core development process

The Starfish Partners programmes follow a core development process which enables participants to enhance their self-awareness and get to the heart of their current issues and challenges. This is done in a safe, supportive and challenging environment which generates the impetus for transformational change.

 

This core development process is cumulative, beginning with a thorough review of the current situation to help participants identify their key business, leadership or personal issues. Having done this they create their personal vision and then identify strategic actions to fill any gaps there may be between where they are now and where they would like to be. Finally they plan how to make these changes happen and identify the support they need to be successful.

I'm sure that the networking and socialising aspect would have been much richer if face to face...but I have to say that the organisers have created a fantastic and very rich virtual experience! I was really amazed by the level of rapport we managed to build in our small group in such a short time. 


As someone who is a bit more introverted I tend to find face to face programs really exhausting as you're constantly surrounded by other people...so I have to say that I enjoyed having quiet time in between the session to reflect and have a break!

As part of the process we support the participants to understand their passions, goals and ambitions based on their specific needs and within the organisational context. This focus on the individual personalises the experience, and ensures that there is a long term commitment to action which makes a real difference for the participant and the organisation.
