360 assessment

Starfish Partners believe that self-awareness is essential to understand how to plot the journey from where you are now to where you want to be. Therefore, we use 360 degree feedback on all of our leadership programmes to help participants fully understand their strengths and development areas.

 

In our experience, there is often a gap between the intent of our behaviours and actions and the way these can be perceived by others. Receiving feedback from a range of stakeholders is a great way to confirm where you are getting it right and highlight the areas you might want to improve. 

We have seen a wide range of 360 tools available but recognised the need to create something that individuals or organisations can adopt easily. We also saw the benefit of having something that can be managed by an external company to reduce the administrative overhead.

 

We wanted to encourage as many responses as possible, so designed the tools to be simple to understand, quick to complete, and available online. Feedback is provided anonymously, with only the "self" and "manager" scores shown individually.

We created two different 360 assessment tools with different areas of focus which can be used as part of a programme or independently:
